I have not received an item I paid for and it had been 3 months.
ReplyDeleteI also have not received 2 items I paid for back in February. I have tried to go through Facebook, your email address, PayPal and the BBB to get you to respond. Since you are obviously still in business, how can I get a full refund? Please contact me ASAP.

I ordered a mermaid dress back in December 2011 and never received and have sent emails to all your addresses with no response. I'd like a refund for the $29 kwatson@zimmerman.com. Of the items I did receive (mermaid coverup and swimsuit) they both ripped to shreds after one wash.
